-Are the products fabricated from recyclable materials?
Metal, wood, glass, and aluminum are all recyclable. Thinking about what the product is made from is the most important thing to discover.

-Are the products designed to last many years and carry a lifetime warranty?
A warranty can save products from entering landfills, because instead of them being thrown away they can be fixed.

-Does the steel used in the products contain post-industrial recycled content?
Natural material can be reused instead of mining for new material, and can save hundreds of trees and millions of gallons of water.

-Is the product packaging materials 100% recyclable?

-Were environmental guidelines used in contract agreements with external supply partners?

-Were suppliers audited on their ability to meet and exceed environmental guidelines?
